3. Orders and Cancellations

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Life Well Goods. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be completed.

Please carefully review your order, including your shipping address, before submitting it.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After that period, the order may have entered processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must complete the delivery process before any applicable return or refund request can be reviewed.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Applicable taxes will be collected where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to the processing times and estimated delivery timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holiday volume, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, and defective-product claims are governed by our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because certain products sold by Life Well Goods are personal-use health or respiratory products, additional hygiene and safety restrictions may apply to used products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.

7. Subscriptions and Other Purchase Options

Certain products may be offered through recurring subscriptions or other purchase options.

Subscription terms, recurring charges, cancellations, and management of future subscription orders are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and by the terms presented to you when selecting the applicable purchase option.

Canceling a subscription prevents applicable future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or entered processing.

The Services, including Life Well Goods trademarks, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product content, website design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Life Well Goods and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Life Well Goods is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Life Well Goods.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Life Well Goods, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Life Well Goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment because of such an error, any applicable amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy expressly provided under our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy or any non-waivable consumer protection rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Life Well Goods harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Severability and Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
